2. To consider and approve. Secretarial Audit report.
3. To consider and approve, the Directors Report.
4. To consider the recommendation to appoint/re-appoint/ratification of appointment the Statutory Auditors for the next financial year.
5. To consider and approve, notice to call Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company to adopt the Financial Statement for the FY 2014-15.
