Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain close for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2020 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019.
The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019 become generally available.
