Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Mr. Anuj Kumar Choudhary ceased to be Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f 15th August 2019.
Mr. Gunnit Singh Allagh Managing Director will look after the responsibility of Compliance Officer until a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer is appointed.
Further Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with events specified in Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 is annexed herewith.
