We wish to inform you that the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shri Balaji Valve Components Ltd was held on Tuesday September 29 2026 at 03.11 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / ) / another Audio-Visual Means ) the Company had provided the facility to its Members holding shares as on cut-off date i.e. Tuesday September 22 2026 to exercise their rights to vote by electronic means on the businesses specified in the AGM Notice through remote e-voting facility which commenced on September 26 2026 at 09:00 A.M. and ended on September 28 2026 at 05:00 P.M. and through e-voting facility during the AGM to those Members who could not exercise their vote earlier through remote e-voting.(OAVM).
