With reference to the above captioned subject please note that our office was shut under lockdown order of the Central & State Governments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are facing an unprecedented situation. Cities are under complete/partial lockdown. Offices are opened sporadically with poor attendance.
Our Auditor M/s. L.N. Mallik & Co. are based in New Delhi and they are unable to send Audit clerks to do the job. Therefore it is nearly impossible to complete the audit of the accounts for F.Y 2019-20 unless there is some respite.
Additionally the company is undergoing CIRP which is now being managed by the resolution professional. The matter now rests with NCLAT for final hearing on 18-08-2020.
In view of the above exigent circumstances you are requested to take into account the above facts and grant a suitable extension for filing the audited accounts for the F.Y 2019-20.
