Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, inter alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014.
As per Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 22, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014. The Trading window will open for trading from February 06, 2015.
