This is to inform that the Company has allotted 43 569 (Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each on April 16 2021 to the grantees who had exercised their options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016.
With this allotment the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 125 54 69 844/- divided into 62 77 34 922 number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
