Thakkers Group Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that pursuant Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday August 13 2026 at the registered office of the Company to inter alia to consider approve and to take on record of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2026.Further in view of the ensuing Board Meeting the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Directors/ KMPs/Designated Employees/ Connected Person of the Company from July 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30 2026 (both days inclusive) in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders.
