We hereby inform you that pursuant to reg.42 of SEBI(LODR) 2025 the board at its meeting held today has decided that the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will be remain closed from 24th September 2026 to 30th September 2026.The Company will also provide E-voting facility to the eligible Members of the company as on 23rd September 2026 (cutoff date) which will be start on Saturday 26th September 2026 and ends on Tuesday 29th September 2026.
