This is in continuation to our letter dated October 31, 2018 vide which it was informed that the Board of Directors of 0disha Cement Limited (to be renamed as "Dalmia Bharat Limited") has recommended the dividend for the financial year 2017-18.
In this connection, it is hereby informed that the Company shall hold its Annual General Meeting on or before December 31, 2018 and the book closure period for the same will be fixed and informed accordingly. All the shareholders of 0disha Cement Limited as on the book closure will be entitled to get the Dividend.
