This is in respect to the recent Outcome of the board meeting that was uploaded on 13th August 2026 the company hereby clarifies that due to an minor inadvertent error an incorrect PDF document was uploaded on the BSR portal in connection with the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 13th August 2026. The company now has uploaded the correct and final version of Board Meeting Outcome for the said meeting. The present submission may kindly be considered as the correct and revised disclouser and shall supersede the earlier minor inadvertently uploaded document. the company regrets the inadvertent error and requests the Exchange to kindly take the revised disclouser on the record.
