Murli Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 01, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following items:
1. To consider and approve the directors? report for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve the Corporate Governance and Management Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 as annexure to the Directors Report.
3. To discuss and decide on the proposal to appoint/ reappoint directors retiring at the Annual General Meeting.
4. To consider and decide on the proposal for appointment of new directors in place of director(s) retiring at the Annual General Meeting, if any.
5. To consider and decide to propose for the approval of shareholders, related to existing borrowing powers passed by the shareholders, as per the Companies Act, 2013.
6. To discuss and ratify reappointment of auditors at the Annual General Meeting.
7. To fix the dale and lime for convening of AGM for die Financial Year 2014-15 and to approve the notice of the same.
8. To close ne Register of Members and Transfer books.
