Suraj Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve to consider and approve the following matters:(i) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30 2026 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon;(ii) Raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities of the Company on a preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 (SEBI ICDR Regulations) the Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws rules regulations guidelines and circulars (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) subject to such approvals consents permissions and sanctions as may be required from the shareholders of the Company stock exchanges SEBI and/or any other appropriate regulatory or statutory authorities; and(iii) Increase in the authorised share capital of the Company.
