Please be informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 16th meeting of Committee of Creditors of the Company will be held on May 26 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2026. In continuation of our earlier intimation regarding the closure of the Trading Window we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed for all the Companys Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from 1st Day of April 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended and year ended March 31 2026
