with reference to our earlier intimation dated 31/07/2026 we wish to inform you that the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) earlier scheduled on Wednesday September 16 2026 has been rescheduled with the approval of the Board of Directors through circular resolution. Accordingly the AGM will be held on Friday September 25 2026 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means due to unavoidable administrative and scheduling considerations
