The Company received a communication from BSE Limited dated August 25 2026 regarding alleged non-compliances under Regulation 17(2A) and 21(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 with SOP fines of Rs. 2 38 360/-.The Company subsequently filed an application on September 10 2026 seeking full waiver of the said fines which is presently under consideration by BSE.
