This is to inform you that the 42nd AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 11.30 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) facility/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday 24th September 2026 to Wednesday 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and determining shareholders entitlement to the proposed dividend for the Financial Year 2025-2026 subject to shareholders approval at the aforesaid AGM. The Company has fixed Wednesday 23rd September 2026 as the cut-off date and Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend of Rs. 0.01 (Rupees One Paisa only) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2025-26 recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday 7th September 2026.
