Nu Tech Corporate Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.

Further, the ?Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading?, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and others covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of July 28, 2014 and shall continue to remain closed upto 24 hours after the information is submitted to the Stock Exchanges on August 14, 204.
