Novopan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Hyderabad, has vide its Letter dated July 16, 2014 granted an extension of three months to the Company to hold its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on or before December 31, 2014.
Hence, the 29th AGM of the Company may now be held on or before December 31, 2014.
