Sigrun Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 03, 2016, for adopting, approving and taking on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2016.

Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from April 26, 2016 to May 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
