Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2016 inter-alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 21,119 equity shares of Rs.2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under Employee Stock Option Plans.
