Pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 read with Regulation 82(4) of SEBI(Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2018 we herewith submit the Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended June 30 2026 issued by India Ratings and Research Private Limited in respect of utilization of funds raised through Rights Issue of Equity Shares made by the Company vide its Letter of Offer dated February 5 2026. The Proceeds from Rights Issue have been utilized appropriately for the objects mentioned in the Letter of Offer dated February 5 2026.
