Power Consumption Agreement with Jamnagar Renewables Two Pvt. Ltd. ("Power Producer") and ii. Share Purchase & Shareholders Agreement with the Power Producer and Continuum Green Energy Limited ("Promoter") to source renewable power under a Group Captive Wind-Solar Hybrid Power arrangement.
