Board of directors in its meeting held on May 29 2026 has recommended dividend of Rs. 4 per equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the FY25-26 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the joint venture partner Ushin Ltd. in terms of Joint Venture Agreement.
