Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2019.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose the following:
1. Statement showing the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities;
2. Auditors Report on aforesaid Audited Financial Results; and
3. Declaration on the unmodified opinion on Audit Report.
