The Committee of Independent Directors of Mitshi India Limited at its meeting held on Thursday August 27 2026 considered and reviewed the open offer made by Mr. Karronn Naresh Bajaj to acquire up to 22 88 000 equity shares of the Company.The Committee has made its recommendation on the open offer in accordance with Regulation 26(7) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011. The meeting commenced at 10:30 A.M. and concluded at 11:00 A.M.The Recommendations of the Committee of the Independent Directors are enclosed herewith.
