Pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 read with applicable provisions we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today has considered and approved the reappointment of M/s Gaur & Associates (FRN: 005354C) as the Statutory Auditor of the company subject to the approval of the Members of the company at the ensuing AGM.Upon approval of the members M/s Gaur & Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN: 005354C) shall hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the company for a period of five consecutive years from the conclusion of 12th AGM till the conclusion of 17th AGM in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the rules made thereunder.The details required under Reg 30 of the LODR read with SEBI Master Circular dated January 30 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.Kindly take the same on record.
