Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and/or their immediate relatives w.e.f. 1st July 2026 until 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending 30th June 2026.
