- To consider and approve Unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, the Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct farmed by the Company shall be closed for all designated persons of the Company and their relatives from July 26, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
