This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Vistar Amar Limited in its meeting held on Saturday 01st February 2025 at 12:30 p.m. has resolved to terminate the services of Mr. Surendra Jain from the position of Compliance Officer and Company Secretary (KMP) with effect from 31st January 2025 due to serious concerns regarding dishonest behavior and fraudulent acts by Mr. Surendra Jain.
