Revised outcome of Board Meeting held yesterday due to error in attachment and came into notice while rechecking right now.
The Board of Directors at their meeting convened today have inter alia considered and approved following:
1. Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2020 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015.
2. Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2019 of the Company alongwith Declaration for audit report with unmodified opinion as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 as amended till date. Enclosed herewith the same.
