Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") and other applicable provisions we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Nirmitee Robotics India Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 07th August 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the following:1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Atul Dhawad from the office of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 08th August 2026.2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Kartik Shende as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 10th August 2026 pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
