Fulford India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2015.
Further, the dividend shall be paid on or before September 09, 2015 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
