With reference to the earlier letter dated February 04, 2016, JCT Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that as per information received, some of the secured lenders have exercised their right under Section 13(4) of SARFAESI and taken possession of the assets at the Company?s manufacturing unit at Vadodara.
