Murli Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Audited financial results for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015.
A meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, pursuant to Companys Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, 2002 (as amended upto February 11, 2012), the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Companys equity shares for Directors/Employees including Designated Employees from May 23, 2015 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
