This is in furtherance to our earlier submission of Voting Results made to the exchange on September 29 2022 and the clarification sought by exchange vide e-mail communication date October 10 2022. In this regard we hereby submit the revised Annexure - II - Voting Results as per the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended). The revised Annexure - II is enclosed.
