Natco Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2018, inter alia, has approved the following :
- Declaration of an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 ps. per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (75%) for the financial year 2018-19. The said interim dividend pay-by-date is on or before August 27, 2018.
