With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Mr. Kumar has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance office of the company with effect from close of working hours of September 3rd 2021.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is given in the enclosed Annexure I.
