Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The Company has further informed that as per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid unaudited financial results by the Company.
