Audited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and Financial year ended March 31 2026 along with Statutory Auditors Audit Report thereon. A copy of the Audit Report issued by M/s. N G Rao & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company together with the Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026 are also enclosed herewith. Further a Declaration of Unmodified Opinion on the Standalone Financial Results of the Company is also enclosed.
