Arora Fibres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 20, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider and take on record the Due Diligence Report of Merchant Banker pursuant to Regulation 8(1E) of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
2. To consider and appoint Scrutinizers to give their report on Postal Ballot.
3. To consider and approve the Calendar of Events for Postal Ballot.
4. To consider closure of Trading Window from November 18, 2015 to November 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
