This is to inform that the Working Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held today have inter alia(i) Noted the receipt of the certified copy of the order dated March 24 2025 from the Honble NCLT Chennai sanctioning the scheme(ii) Noted the effective date of the Scheme i.e. April 01 2024(iii) Noted the effective date of the Scheme i.e. April 07 2025(iv) Approved the record date for eligible shareholders. i.e. April 22 2025.The meeting of the Working Committee of the Board commenced at 12:15 hrs (IST) and concluded at 12:20 hrs (IST).
