Pritika Auto Industries: Notice Of Book Closure And Cut Off Date For E-Voting

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that i) The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday the 23rd September 2026 to Tuesday the 29th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday the 29th September 2026. ii) The company has fixed Tuesday the 22nd September 2026 as the Cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting for AGM of the company. The e-voting will commence on Saturday the 26th September 2026 at 9.00 a.m. and close on Monday the 28th September 2026 at 5.00 p.m. for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday the 29th September 2026.
