This is to inform you that as pern the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 regarding restriction period the Trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2026 for all the designated person of the Company from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.According all connected persons /designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
