Exelon Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2015, has approved the appointment of Smt. M. SREE LAKSHMI as Women Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company in compliance of Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
