Subh Tex (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 24, 2015, inter alia to consider the following:
1. Adoption and Approval of Director?s Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015.
2. Deciding time, date and venue for AGM.
3. To consider and adopt the ?Risk Management Policy?.
4. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from August 18, 2015 to August 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Board Meeting to be held on August 24, 2015 for approving the Annual Report for the year 2014-15.
