Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III thereto we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday June 13 2026 inter alia approved the appointment of M/s. H R Bohra & Co. Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025- 26.The appointment has been made consequent to the cessation of the previous Internal Auditor and toensure continuity of the internal audit function of the Company.
