Outcome of the Meeting - the Board at its meeting held today on Tuesday 11th August 2026 has considered and approved the Re-appointment of Whole-time Director Mr. Abhay Khanna (DIN:02153655) for a period of Five (5) years w.e.f. 11th August 2026 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
