With reference to the captioned matter we wish to inform that Mr. Virendra Kumar Singh (DIN: 07226146) and Mr. Manoj Srivastava (DIN: 00513960) Independent Directors of the Company has resigned from their position w.e.f. 16th October 2019 and is not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company. They also ceased to be Members of various committees of the Company.
