We wish to inform that Mr. Anish Goel has tendered his resignation from the position of CFO and KMP of the Company with effect from close of business hours on July 31 2026.Further upon resignation he shall also cease to be KMP authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015.
